1. app CRD (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-170) 2. the operator framework ( https://github.com/apache/incubator-yunikorn-core/blob/master/docs/design/pluggable-app-management.md ) #1 is a TODO, #2 is there and currently only available for spark-k8s-operator.
