Wilfred Spiegelenburg closed YUNIKORN-151.

Resolution: Won't Fix
unit test case was broken by YUNIKORN-53, the revert of the line causing the
issue was part of YUNIKORN-141
We have a general jira to increase test cases in YUNIKORN-207 will add new test
cases as part of that general improvement.
