Kubernetes is moving fast with releases we need to start testing with later
releases of Kubernetes. The current list of releases we test with is 1.14, 1.15
and 1.16. We should look at dropping older releases at least on trunk going
forward.
Azure is removing k8s 1.16 in
[January|https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/supported-kubernetes-versions#aks-kubernetes-release-calendar]
AWS is slightly slower and will remove K8s 1.16 in
[July|https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/kubernetes-versions.html#kubernetes-release-calendar]
Since we want to be able to run everywhere we should have tested with later
releases before that point in time.
