After the changes for YUNIKORN-317 the dependencies in the shim need to be
updated to include the new core into the latest build.
Updating the dependencies shows an issue logged as YUNIKORN-474. This change
will thus also need to fix the unit tests as there is an inclusion of internal
core objects in the tests. The removal of this internal core objects is not
part of the dependency update.
