- yunikorn.apache.org/appCompletionBarrierCount: 1
- yunikorn.apache.org/appCompletionBarrier: true
The criteria to tell if an app is completed is: the given count of pods with
yunikorn.apache.org/appCompletionBarrier=true has terminated.
