Summary: Display app's pending ask in the app's page

Currently, only the allocations (allocated pod) are listed on the app's page.
We need to add the pending asks as well, once we have that on UI. We can
further add more messages to the ask/allocation object to expose more diagnosis
info. E.g why the ask is still pending?
