This is still an issue.
The last build that has just run for YUNIKORN-631 show the following codecov
comment:

It still points to the master commit from 30 January. We have done new commits
since then.
When you try to follow the link [codecov
link|https://app.codecov.io/gh/apache/incubator-yunikorn-core/compare/264] in
the comment to see what changed I get an oops with a 400 error code.
