Fix Version/s: 0.11
Resolution: Won't Fix
The consensus is to retain all the old REST endpoints that to provide easy
access for the end-users to retrieve all queues/apps/nodes. The new endpoints
will be used to fetch sub-resources with conditions in a more RESTful way
(instead of using query parameters). UI code doesn't need to change today.
