In all repositories we should just have a master and the
branch-<release> branches. Those are important ;-)
Exceptions to that rule are:
* release repository as it has an extra branch called gh-pages for the
helm charts
* site repository which only has a asf-site branch and no branches per release

All other branches have been from PRs or from some major development
task a long time ago but nothing we must keep.

The person that created the branch or someone who checked it out could
still get it back if there was a reason for keeping it
