The webapp is build with an old version of angular. Angular has dropped support
for the release.
Current version of angular is: 8.x
Supported versions are: 11 - 13
We must move to 13.x for v1.0.0. It is the only way to upgrade the javascript
dependencies and prevent releasing a web UI that could contain a lot of CVEs
