The soloution for tickets YUNIKORN-1161 and YUNIKORN-1151 are not complete and
they still need some polishing.
YUNIKORN-1161 does not set {{taskGroupsDefinition}} properly. YUNIKORN-1151 is
also incomplete because the annotation
""yunikorn.apache.org/schedulingPolicyParameters" must be on the placeholders
for proper recovery.
