Tag rule description in yunikorn website does not describe which tags are
supported.
Current tags key word in interface includes namespace, parent queue and image
pull secret.
This issue need to trace the code in k8shim to realize that k8shim would put
what tags into application tags because the application tag in core is derived
form the application event from k8shim.
Based on the behaviors in k8shim, adding the description to tag rule part would
make the description more clear.
I thought that clear description could avoid users encounter into problems.
