In the current helm charts, if hostNetwork is set to true, the AM deployment
won't upgrade succesfully due to a port conflict if the second instance starts
on the same node as the first. To resolve this, we should conditionally set an
upgrade strategy of "replace" if hostNetwork is set to true.
