Summary: Adding a status icon in UI for revealing the conncetion

Current UI don't show the status whether the UI can recieve status of core from
the http:localhost:9889.
Adopting healthcheck in the Yunikorn REST API could imporve this situation.
Basic idea is following.
1. Adding the icon to the toolbar in UI.
2. using http:localhost:9889/ws/v1/scheduler/healthcheck
3 icon status is following
connection fail -> red icon
cennection sucess but some cases in checklist fail -> yellow
cennection and all cases in ckecklist success -> green
