Currently Spark gets downloaded and installed in {{/opt/spark}}. This prevents
installing multiple or different versions of Spark for different uses.
Spark has no requirement to be installed in a specific location. It should be
installed inside the source tree in a well known spot and added to the
.gitignore file.
That will also remove the need for using sudo to move the files and create the
filesystem link to the generic spark.
