The bootstrap config loader {{client.LoadBootstrapConfigMaps}} requires a
namespace to be passed in. This does not make sense as all calls use the same
call to load the namespace. The call {{GetSchedulerNamespace()}} is used in all
calls. That could easily be hidden inside the client removing the parameter.
