YUNIKORN-1747 improved the performance of methods that is used by the
predicates. But we can enhance the speed of the scheduling cycle further
because the cached list inside {{SchedulerCache}} is invalidated too often. We
should check if the pod has affinity or anti-affinity settings in its spec and
only invalidate if it does.
