Wilfred Spiegelenburg resolved YUNIKORN-108.

Fix Version/s: 1.4.0
Resolution: Fixed
All resources defined are now displayed by default. A follow up Jira is logged
to change the behaviour when a large list of resources is defined to make
better use of the screen real estate.
The current implementation renders all types always.
