The display in the web app for the last change time is always *n/a*
The field is not populated with the data from the statelog that is loaded.
There is no top level field for this info. We either need to add the entry or
preferably pull the data from the last entry in the state log that we already
populate.
The state log in the rest data is populated correctly.
