If you run a {{make clean}} the output directory is removed. If you then run
{{make test_go}} it fails as the output file cannot be written.
If you change one of the go files, example {{{}webserver.go{}}}, and the run a
{{make build_server_dev}} nothing happens. The dependency in the Makefile does
not detect that the file is changed. wildcard expansion is needed to fix that.
