The error message use terms *maxRunningApps* when ** setup incorrect max
applications in ConfigMap. Would be more explicit if we replace maxRunningApps
with maxApplications.

"admission-webhook.yunikorn.validate-conf" denied the request: parent
maxRunningApps must be larger than child maxRunningApps
