Wilfred Spiegelenburg resolved YUNIKORN-2106.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
This has gone through extensive testing and the issue was not reproducible.
The issue occurs without the fix from YUNIKORN-1951 but does not occur in
either deployment mode with that fix.
