The node utilisation resource chart was implemented in YUNIKORN-325, and the
corresponding API was reinstated in YUNIKORN-2087.
However, the bar chart in YUNIKORN-325 is expecting NodeUtilization[], while
the newly reinstated api only return NodeUtilization for the dominant resource.
The API might be changed after YUNIKORN-2088, but let’s make the chart work
first. Will let node utilisation resource chart show dominant resource
correctly.
