During the review of [#696|https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-core/pull/696],
it turned out that PartitionQueueDAOInfo is not properly covered. What's
missing is whether the mapping of input data from
{{partition.GetPartitionQueues()}} is correct or not. Some fields are checked
in {{TestGetPartitionQueuesHandler}} but not all of tem.
