This is a follow-up issue.
Comparing [YUNIKORN-2222|[https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-k8shim/pull/746]]
and [k8s scheduler
plugin|[https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/design/scheduler_plugin/]] document,
it shows that the document doesn't match the latest updates. Therefore, we need
to update the document.
