The current 'Nodes Resource Utilization' bar chart in the UI only shows domain
resource. To allow user to identify the most overloaded resource type. We need
a new api that returns node utlization for multiple resource types. The api
will be partition-based and allow us to create bar chart in Web UI Nodes page.
Below endpoint will be introduced:
- /ws/v1/partition/:partition/node-utilization (will return
[]*dao.NodesUtilDAOInfo)
