Chia-Ping Tsai created YUNIKORN-2261:
----------------------------------------
Summary: add example to explain the way we match the group
Key: YUNIKORN-2261
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-2261
Project: Apache YuniKorn
Issue Type: Improvement
Reporter: Chia-Ping Tsai
The concept of matched group is a bit hard to understand (for me :cry), so it
would be great to give an example. the following example is given by [~wilfreds]
{quote}
example:
root.parent.leaf
group quota at parent for group-2
group quota at leaf for group-1
user A member of group-1 and group-2, workload counts against quota for
group-1 from the leaf upwards
user B member of just group-2, workload count against quota for group-2 also
from the leaf upwards, no quota exist for leaf but we still track group-2 from
the leaf up.
