We're running 1.4.0 and the application event tracking system is stressing our
etcd: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-1628
how to turn it off? I went through the code and tried adding
{{event.trackingEnabled: "false"}}
to my ConfigMap but many events are still being created?
A log message stating whether it's on or off would be useful too.
