We are able to set:
max cpu and max memory both to 0 and schedule a pod. In the documentation
[here|[https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/user_guide/queue_config/#resources],]
it doesn't mention that the scheduler will ignore the max if all values are set
to 0,
[https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-core/blob/bb31066c48bcab100d3153ac1b3d105b6ba8e78b/pkg/scheduler/objects/queue.go#L399]
This means that the subqueue max will be bound by the parent max.
