With K8s 1.32 KEP #2837, pod level resource spec, is added. We should support
pod level resource specifications in our k8shim going forward.
The field does not exist in version before K8s 1.32 and is optional in K8s 1.32
and later. Even if it stays like this we can add the handling in our code to
support this. The field will always need to handled as optional anyway.
This is not the same as VPA or mutable resources, that is tracked separately in
YUNIKORN-2866
