i clone the latest build today, and build it from source, but i find there are 
several bugs in the latest build.
1  when i edit the interpreter, i can not save the change
2  when i create a new notebook , i can not see it in the notebook tab.
3  when i edit or create a interpreter, i can not see the new feature: 
Dependency Management for Interpreter
