https://github.com/apache/incubator-zeppelin/pull/941 removed 'incubating' from
0.6.0 doc url. That might break all other websites that links 0.6.0 doc.

So, IMO if we are going ahead with this, then may be we should have a redirect

http://zeppelin.apache.org/docs/latest/index.html. Any thoughts ?
