Total refactor- extends spark interpreter, (not done before as far as I
know, but make more sense imho). Keeps settings local to mahout, not
interfering with main spark terp.
Best of both worlds- seperates out into %mahout interpreter, keeps settings
seperate from main spark interpreter, but still has very low overhead in terms
of new code (easily maintainable).
Please lmk your thoughts.
Still needs docs/tests.
