Hi, Before project moved to ASF, http://zeppelin-project.org/ was the website address the project used use. I'd like to discuss about this website.
*1. branding* According to "domain name branding" [1], the http://zeppelin-project.org may not include 'zeppelin' in it's domain name. Some of PMC (including me) still have free access to the domain. Shell we update website to meet the requirement[2] or shell we consider dissolution of the domain? or any other opinions? *2. Migrate some of website's components to official Zeppelin website* http://zeppelin-project.org used to just redirect traffic to official website after project went into the incubator. 2~3 months ago, the contents updated and have 4 interesting components we might want to bring into official website. a) Live demo (top left) I think Live demo button really helps newcomers understand and taste Zeppelin quickly. I'd like to bring this component to official website if possible. What do you think? Cluster for live demo is provided by Amazon EMR, and Amazon EMR is positive with bringing this feature to official website while demo button and demo page displays "Live demo powered by Apache spark and Zeppelin on Amazon EMR". b) Articles (bottom left) Blog articles and links to article. I'm not sure about having a link to the external blog article on the official website. However, i think having 'latest blog posts' or 'news' section on the website would be useful. c) Featured Links (middle right) I think official website can have 'powered by' instead. d) Featured Tweets for example Apache Flink website http://flink.apache.org/ have 'Tweets' section. Will this be useful for us, too? Any feedbacks and opinions would be appreciated!
