Experimenting with heap size sounds good, if that is the reason CI fails.
But it would be much easier to judge, if somebody could summarize current
CI failure here.
On the frontend build changes - @felizbear it looks like things got
written to `.tmp` dir, could you please verify that `mvn clean zeppelin-web`
works as it supposed to and removes it?
