Hi there! Sorry for such a late reply! In the screenshot, I was thinking
that run would refer to a circumstance where someone runs the entire note
(as a cron or something) while update would be upon paragraph execution.
However, those are very much open to change as they were just general use
cases for when you might want to update into a slack channel or something.
