[ZEPPELIN-1757] Menu of paragraph includes keyboard shortcut
### What is this PR for?
Currently, keyboard shortcuts can be only seen by keyboard icon.
It'll be very comfortable if keyboard shortcuts are showing the menu of
paragraph.
