@felixcheung that's good point. basically it was targeting change of
authorization file format, however it's possible that someone may corrupt file
on purpose. Although in that case user wouldn't get full access to notes, the
misbehaviour is still possible. So for that purpose maybe required to refactor
authorization module and error handling. i'll be closing it for now to keep
more conservative behaviour for safety reasons
