Create Notebook has a text book on which user always need to write a full path
in oder to create new notebook.
The dir hierarchy can be complex and with many level. In this case, it becomes
hard for user to type the full path everytime. If a user makes a typo error, a
new dir path gets created.
Thus, it will be good to have a file browser capability similar to all OS with
below capabilities.
* User should be able to see the dir hierarchy and navigate through it
* User should be able to create new dir
* User should be able to navigate through the dir and create a notebook in
desired dir
