In current master branch, when you want to commit a notebook
via "Version Control" Button in Zeppelin Toolbar,
you cannot click the "Commit" Button inside the dropdown.
The "Commit" Button is constantly jumping to the next line and back
when hovering over it or clicking it, also a tooltip is constantly appearing
and disappearing. (see attached screen recording!)
The problem seems to be the tooltip from the "Commit" Button, which is trapped
inside the dropdown and does not fit into it, hence breaking the layout.
