open one chart that contain "settings" e.g fa-area chart

Try to resize the chart smaller using mouse.
The chart cannot be resized smaller but larger.

Please refer to the attachement gif.

This issue maybe related to the "setting code". Probably this code should move 
out of resize div part. Please refer to the attachment picture.
