The download file available at http://zeppelin.apache.org/download.html doesn't
work. It is only 5 KB in size and of course the MD5 checksum doesn't verify.
Observed this behavior on IE, Chrome and Firefox on Windows 7 and 10.
The download link for version 0.7.1 works fine.
