'%livy2.conf' and %spark2.conf' interpreters are showing the status as
'FINISHED' even when it has actually failed.
For example, if a user tries to modify the interpreter property when the
session is already created, then the para fails.
But on the UI it still shows the status as Finished. Attaching the screenshot.
Need to appropriately reflect the status on the UI.
