Using the head version as of 2018-05-11. The table data gets downloaded but it
contains wrong(?) end-of-line characters so Excel is unable to parse the
individual rows correctly and instead is showing a single row like this:
ds,commerce_country_id,count,count_rank\n2018-05-01,191,1.295,29465,1\n2018-05-02...
