[ZEPPELIN-3786]. Don't copy dependencies to target/lib for interpreter modules ### What is this PR for? Only module zeppelin-interpreter,zeppelin,zengine,zeppelin-server needs that. They are just use it for testing purpose. Other modules don't need that. ### What type of PR is it?
