Can't impersonate users by adding the following in the zeppelin.cmd running on
windows:
set ZEPPELIN_IMPERSONATE_CMD = "RUNAS /user:domain\%ZEPPELIN_IMPERSONATE_USER%"
No other clear way to do this without running an ssh server. If there is please
