Summary: Generate thrift code at compilation time instead of
committing them to repo

Currently, each time we have changed thrift file, we have to generate thrift
code and commit them to repo. This is not a good practice, instead we should
not commit the generated thrift code to repo but just generate the at
compilation stage.
