Is there a possibility to load a notebook in another notebook? The background
of my question is that I often have a central configuration file in other IDE
(Jupyter, R, Pycharm), which I always load first in all notebooks / files (e.g.
in Jupyter with the Cell Magic %run). This way you can collect central settings
in one file and don't have to copy them to every notebook and don't have a lot
of effort when changing central parameters.
