In the PR [https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/2443/files] the ENV
*LAUNCH_KERBEROS_REFRESH_INTERVAL* was renamed to *KERBEROS_REFRESH_INTERVAL*
The old ENV name is still used in the shell documentation
