Spark Insterpreter restart failed whene Spark Java heap space，and cannot remove
this Spark interpreter

I think the Spark process and the remote interpreter server are in the same
JVM. When the remote interpreter server cannot respond to the zeppelin server
request for some reason, the other thread is blocked.No real reason has been
found
